Welcome to Yu Spa! Here at Yu spa, we offer a variety of services including body scrubs, dry & wet massages, admission for sauna and jjimjilbang, and the yoni steam as well. Click on any of the buttons to get started!

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for check-in, shower and hot tub/steam sauna use.
Hot tub/steam sauna use is strongly recommended to soften and prepare the skin for the body scrub.
Showering is required before hot or cold tub use to remove dirt and oils from the body.
After the body scrub, you many continue to enjoy the facilities for up to 2 additional hours.

Note: Body scrubs and wet massages are conducted in the gender-separated body scrub rooms of the wet sauna areas by a massage therapist of the same gender as the patron. These are fully unclothed treatments.
All body scrub and massage combinations include a facial mask and hair shampoo. All body scrub and massage prices include sauna and jjimjilbang admission.

For women only, this is an herbal steam for the woman’s intimate area. Reported benefits include detoxification, regulating menstrual cycles, help healing various ailments, easing fatigue and discomfort, and relieving menopause symptoms.* Yoni Steam is prohibited during pregnancy, menstruation, infection or with an IUD.

Body Scrub - 30 min
Exfoliating scrub mittens are massaged over the body to slough away dead skins cells, leaving behind a fresh, smooth, new layer of soft skin. This helps the skin, the largest organ in the human body, to circulate blood and breathe more efficiently and expel toxins. Service includes a hair wash and conditioning treatment.
Body Scrub & Oil Massage - 60 min
The oils may contain healing vitamins, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. This service uses mineral oil. A daily oil massage has several benefits, including reducing stress, keeping skin youthful and improving immunity. Service includes a hair wash and conditioning treatment, collagen facial, and cleansing milk.
Body Scrub & Avocado Massage - 60 min
Organic Avocado Oil Massage and Facial Mask. Avocado oil contains potassium, lecithin, and many other nutrients that can nourish and moisturize the skin. Applying avocado oil to the scalp as a mask can help to reduce dandruff and other problems caused by a dry, flaky scalp. This service uses avocado oil and cleansing milk. A daily oil massage has several benefits, including reducing stress, keeping skin youthful and improving immunity.
Body Scrub & Coconut Oil & Brown Sugar Massage - 90 min
Coconut oil is used in many natural beauty products as it is naturally antibacterial, antifungal, and an excellent moisturizer. It is also rich in vitamin E and antioxidants. Brown sugar is a natural humectant, drawing moisture from the environment into the skin. It is also a natural source of glycolic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that penetrates the skin and breaks down the glue that bonds skin cells. This encourages cell turnover, generating fresher, younger-looking skin. Service includes a hair wash and conditioning treatment as well as a collagen facial.
Body Scrub & Milk Honey Massage - 90 min
Milk proteins provide deep hydration and honey is not only a moisturizer but its antibacterial properties give it an eternal shelf life (unspoiled honey has been discovered in ancient Egyptian tombs). Many have also reported healing effects of milk honey on acne and scars.
Body Scrub & Salt Massage - 90 min
Many salts, such as magnesium sulfate, contain minerals that can reduce inflammation. When mixed with oils, salt can replenish tired and dry skin. Aroma lavender oil and Salt mixture will be used during the massage. Service includes a hair wash and conditioning treatment as well as a collagen facial.
Body Scrub & Seaweed Massage - 90 min
Seaweed is high in essential amino acids, vitamins (such as A, B-12, C), minerals (such as potassium, iron, calcium, iodine and magnesium) and antioxidants. Reported benefits include alleviating hormonal imbalance and lymphatic congestion and remineralization to stimulate metabolism and promote detoxification. Service includes a hair wash and conditioning treatment, collagen facial, seaweed facial, and seaweed body wrap.
Body Scrub & Gold Massage - 90 min
Gold is an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties and can calm acne inflammation, reduce skin redness and protect against free radicals that lead to wrinkles and sun damage. The body is wrapped for maximum contact effectiveness. Service includes a hair wash and conditioning treatment, avocado facial, and collagen facial.
Vitamin Therapy - 60 / 90 min
Vitamin Massage is an innovative health and wellness practice that combines traditional massage therapy with the benefits of vitamin treatment. This unique approach aims to nourish the skin with vitamins and other nutrients through topical application, while simultaneously providing the relaxation and soothing effects of massage. Jojoba oil is used for the massage. Service includes a hair wash and conditioning treatment as well as a collagen facial.

Dry Massages
Shiatsu - 60 min / 90 min
Shiatsu is a style of massage where pressure using thumbs, hands, elbows, or feet is applied to pressure points on the body to relieve tension. By default this is a strong deep tissue massage, but a lighter pressure can be requested.
Oil Massage (Swedish or Deep Tissue) - 60 min / 90 min
Choose between the gentle, flowing strokes of a Swedish massage for deep relaxation, or the focused pressure of a Deep Tissue massage to target muscle tension and knots.
Four Hands Massage - 60 Min
2 Therapists, 4 Hands massaging at once. Key perks include increased blood flow, reduced stress, and extra pain alleviation. They practice synchronized technical massage movements and apply the same pressure and pace on both sides of the body (left and right ) which increases the level of muscle relaxation and massage benefits.
